Carrie Fell, 'Colorado Prospectors,' Acrylic on Canvas, 65" x 55"

As the American West has evolved, so too has its art and artists.  Incorporating contemporary techniques, palettes and media, Mirada Fine Art’s supremely talented core artists will present their unique contemporary takes on Western scenes, characters and attitudes during ‘The Western Landscape’ exhibit, opening with an artist reception on Friday, October 27.  The exhibit will then run through November 19th.

Rick Young, 'River & Sky,' Oil on Canvas, 48" x 48"

We’re thrilled to have nationally-acclaimed artist, Carrie Fell, joining us for this special group show. Carrie’s provenance as one of the greatest contemporary artists of her time has been secured by her placement in permanent museum collections as well as corporate and private collections. The progression of Fell’s native town of Denver has been reflected in the ongoing modern development of Carrie’s iconic cowboys, riders and bar scenes, while maintaining the original feel of the West.

Nationally-acclaimed artist, Carrie Fell, will join us at Mirada for this special exhibition.

Join us for this exciting exhibition presenting not only Carrie Fell’s newest works, but dozens of stunning new contemporary Western pieces by Mirada’s perennially-favorite core artists.  Some of the participating artists include Rick Young, Gary Oakley, Jean Richardson and Bruce Marion.
