The Denver Life Magazine Designer Showhouse project began in 2013, and every year the scope of the project has grown significantly. In this year’s Designer Showhouse, the talents of 13 local interior design teams and various vendors highlight the latest trends and styles, while maintaining a cohesive flow. The architectural style of the home has a Mediterranean feel, with Spanish influences throughout. Curved archways and warm tones are set off with intricately patterned tiles in rich, earthy colors and rustic wood touches. An open, yet functional floor plan makes life easy for an active family.

In 2018 and 2019, Mirada Fine Art was the sole provider of artwork for this wonderful project. When the Covid pandemic took over everything in 2020, the project was put on hold. In 2023, Mirada was invited back to work with some of the top designers in Denver and create a truly 'art-infused environment.'

Since 2013, the Denver Designer Showhome has raised more than $340,000 for its charitable partners. In the last ten years, and moving forward, one hundred percent of the proceeds stay local. The nonprofit for the 2023 Denver Life Magazine Designer Showhouse is A Precious Child, an organization that has been empowering Denver Metro children in need with “Cradle to Career” initiatives for over 14 years.
